Annual tuition donations will be due one week prior to the start of the Michaelmas Term (September 16th, 2025). Alternative tuition donation payment arrangements can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Scholarships will be available based upon need.

Family Discount
Large families are offered a sliding scale discount based upon the number of children enrolled. The chart above lists the rates.

New Family Discount
New families to St. Alcuin get a 30% off discount on their tuition for the whole year.

Fees

  • In addition to Academy tuition, parents will be required to pay a modest art fee for the procurement of supplies, to be provided by the Art Tutor prior to the start of the Michaelmas Term. The fee is usually $15-30 per student.

  • There will be a $25 per family Annual Fee to cover supplies and facility expenses.

Other Financial Considerations

  • Uniform (see pg. 18): vouchers for uniforms are available in case of need
  • Required texts not provided by Saint Alcuin Classical Academy (see Required Reading List, pg. 11)
  • Supplies (Expectation will be minimal. A list will be provided by division prior to start of term).
  • Water bottle (will be required for all students)
